thanks i shall spend some time looking at those docs... these docs
helped me get past the handshake phase... :)

anyways i am still trying to come to terms with some of the terms (pun
not intended :) ) and concepts ... shall again ping the list if I get
stuck...

a few more details:

the way I see it... one use of the C++ client can be to write an
activex control which can immediately publish some images on your
harddisk directory as a live slideshow... that is one app I am very
interested in building...
