Sorry Bram.. need to read your mail again after some sleep..
My poor brain now couldnt understand...
RLE... is it good for pixel information ? better than png jpg?
Roberto:
Yup.. its what I was thinking about.. the screen area is big white bitmap board...
i check the changes real time, compact the changed pixels,
but dont send the mouse as pixels.. the mouse is invisible... sended in amf as you said
set alpha where I need to make a square shape (maybe this is not needed)
and send to the clients where to "glue" the new pic..
to get the screen as video.. vhscrcap..but its win only .. that sux
going to research a lil more vnc.. theres good documentation and open source project,
if someone knows how it handles the changes....
we could know if the idea is reasonable...
or,
build a vnc client in flash.. and the presenter just need to grab the 1mb vnc server...

This is interesting, I'll look into it.

vncrec is the program I started from.
I added seekbacks, OpenGL commentboxes (directly importable from blender) and
exporting to every video format supported by ffmpeg, plus libflv.

That server would be fairly easy I guess.
Perhaps embedding the libinstrudeo engine in Red5 with JNI.
