actually, it uses javaw.exe - what's the diff?  Could I easily change the build.xml file to use javaw and have it work?

I've heard eclipse uses its own javac.exe (installed on its own path) so
ensure drive:\path\to\jdk\bin\java.exe exists (jdk not jre)
Note aswel that if you only install java JRE (not JDK) javac.exe isn't
installed
