I still can't compile as of this morning. So, I'm actually creating a new "trunk" folder and re-syncing with that clean copy to see if that's the issue.

I'm not trying to be rude or anything here, but the trunk is noted as "unstable-dev" if I am not mistaken. I seem to have left a few items which I used during "dev" in the trunk and these are causing some users to see warnings etc... I will clean all this up as quickly as possible but I think that most of these large log dumps need to be put in Trac and assigned so that we can track the issues and mark them fixed when appropriate.
