I have no clue ;)  and I'm hesitant to edit Red5.xml and the demo's since I'd probably screw up the larger picture.

Plus, if Paul and Joachim can compile, then we should too.  So, it's gotta be a matter of them having files that we don't.  Or maybe I'm wrong on that?

there is for some reason an excepton for loading a _javascript_ file ? applications/main.js ive got that too, i think its from the oflademo, its been hacked to bits, if you remove the dir altogether and from the build.xml i think it gets around it ? there are however some contexts setup in red5.xml or something like that in fact there is alot of config settings in the core configs related to the demo apps which shouldnt be there ?
