Hello Paul and others,

I want to check if another server is running, kind of healthcheck.
Therefore it should be nice if Red5 could connect with FCS instead of FCS connecting to Red5.

I already played with manualy setting up an IoSession/RTMPMinaConnection and checking what is available in the source. As far as I can see Red5 doesn't have a method of creating an outgoing RTMP concection, right?
