Seems to me FVNC is a client program (display for VNC), it doesn't act
as server producing the images, does it?

This makes sense, but Darron Schall has implemented some kind of vnc
app in flash. Dont know how he did it or what the limitations are but
I am curious if it only captures the player window. That seems kind of
useless, but again I havent tried it. The screenshot on the linked
page below suggests it works outside the player window.

There's a limit: you can capture only Player window or use special
driver that captures screen but acts like a webcam for Flash Player.
