I've download AMCap, but I'm not able to stream my Desktop Correctly.
What are your settings under Options-->Video Capture Filter?

John, try to use AMCap with the VH Screen Capture Driver. You can download it 
from the same page as the driver.
 

Run your flash/flex app and pick the driver as webcam. Then launch AMCap and go 
to Options > Video Capture Filter and then you can config the driver correctly. 
I'm able to broadcast at 800*600 without a problem.

hey i've tried that driver and it's a bit hard to manage/use/understand, but it 
does work
