Nathan & Pedro (and others)

Thanks.  It worked!  I first added that ONE line to the XML 

<property name="build.compiler" value="javac"/>

And it compiled just fine.  But I am also changing my Enviro variables, because 
Nathan, you are right that is better standards.

Did you try changing "Program Files" to "progra~1" in all of your
environment paths like I suggested?  Closing everything, opening up new
windows, and giving it another go?
