Should work if you put your streams at:

/webapps/oflaDemo/streams

So, let's say I have got rtmp://localhost

What is /application ???

Do I need any special aplication to use rtmp streaming??? Isn't Red5 as it
as an rtmp streaming server? So where exactly (in wich subfolder) do I need
to put my Spiderman3_trailer_300.flv ?
