Dear Rohit, The admin console of red5-0.6rc1doesn't work. Probably if you download the latest dev version from the trunk (with SVN) it will work.
Futhermore you've to open up ports 5080 and 1935 of the firewall (/usr/bin/system-config-securitylevel) on your Linux box. Finally, a start-stop init script can be found here: http://svn1.cvsdude.com/osflash/red5/redhat/trunk/red5.init (I hadn't the oportunity to test it). Currently I'am using this version: http://weblogs.amtex.nl/index.php?blog=2&title=red5_start_stop_init_script_on_centos_re&more=1&c=1&tb=1&pb=1 Regards, Ruben ------------------------------------ www.red5tutorials.net: Tutorials - How tos - FAQ > -----Oorspronkelijk bericht----- > Van: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Namens > Rohit Chaudhry > Verzonden: dinsdag 26 december 2006 21:16 > Aan: [email protected] > Onderwerp: Re: [Red5] Running Red5 sample examples on Linux > > Thanks alot for your quick response.
