Innocent until proven guilty, but it would have been unwise to not see how an open source project did something. In fact, if I were them, I would have swallowed my pride and took a peek, but you never know. It's true they can't use the codebase, but they learn a lot from our investigative efforts. Anyway its good to have more groups in the same field.

Wowza, at the time that I met the guy, was well on it's way with their own implementation of RTMP and the features of FMS. So, nothing should be misconstrued about what I said.
