which is more adaptable to change, enhancements?

to be honest, that's the biggest question. Surviving past the release date.

OK, I'm biased because I'm a back-end developer, but for my money, a
few layers of abstraction and getting Flash to call a remoting facade
which then goes off to get and package data gives better flexability.
