try use Total Video Converter commandline to convert flv(Nelly Moser encoded) to mp3, it works, but the mp3 file it converted seems not good, it interrupts a little bit every 3 or 4 secs when you playing it, still don't know why. and flv2mp3, moyea flv converter sdk can do this job very well, but you need to pay for it. check their websites, hope this could help. http://www.effectmatrix.com/ www.flv2mp3.com http://www.flvsoft.com

If you want to play audio only flv files in your flash application you need to play them just as if they were movies. If you want to convert flv's into mp3's then it depends what codec was used to encode that audio in the flv. If it's Nelly Moser you can't, if it's MP3 then I think there is a way. flv files recorded trough FMS or red5 have the audio encoded with Nelly moser.
