Maybe FMS does something when you dynamically reset the bufferTime ? I would think when u reset it, it keeps adding to the buffer but it doesnt. I dont know what to do about it, currently we have been just doing live broadcasts because VOD isnt ready and isnt playable. It does it to every video no matter what bitrate it is.
