Live streaming seems to be the problem.  The video on demand clips seem 
to play fine.  They also seem to switch between then well too.  It must 
be something in how the server accepts and processes the live published 
stream. 

Currently running a video on demand clip and it seems to work well 
here.  no sync problems or any jumpiness.

I'm going to let this go for a few more minutes and then shut things down.
