I'll have to keep an eye out for that headset. As for the "National Treasure" clip, I'd imagine that the bitrate is pretty substantial - in my tests of things, I've been encoding clips at around 400-500 Kbps at a resolution of 640x480 with fairly decent results. Anything larger than that and it doesn't stream back that smoothly over an ordinary broadband connection. One of my 90 minute clips, when encoded, comes out to a file size around 330MB. Your National Treasure clip is about twenty some minutes in length, with a file size of 160MB, so you figure out the ratio. Let us know when you'd like to do some more stress testing.
