I get about 11-16 in framerate and 1.5k - 2.0k in buffer
When I see the cars drive, its not 100% smooth.. But it is still very nice.
Could you try and force a frame rate to 25 ?
Something like this :
client_cam.setMode(x, y, 25);
client_cam.setQuality("your max upload speed :p ",0);
Just to see if its gets more smooth.. 100% smooth would really kick ass
