An addendum:
I just compared most of the .meta files, and they all tend to start out
this way with their keyframes:

<KeyFrame position="850820" timestamp="14038"/>
...
So I think that "2038" is closer in milliseconds to my two second halt
time that the initial "38" which would be practically instantly.
