we also have a classroom mode that has exactly the same settings as
you describe. You can select a checkbox when creating a new conference
to enable that mode.

We're using a custom (closed source) program to capture and encode the
video, but for playback, you only need the flash player. For remote
control, the controller only needs a flash player while the user that
is being controlled must run our program so the events are properly
broadcasted to the host system - you can't do that from a default FP.
