I'm streaming a VP6 flv to our red5 server - a 160Kb stream.

There is at least 3MB from the encoder to the red5 server, and the same from
the red5 server to my client.

However - the video is much less than 1fps - more like 7spf, except once in a
while it will play as you'd hope for a second.
Stored flvs play fine.

I get a lot of these:
---- NetStream NetStatus: NetStream.Play.InsufficientBW
NetStream netStatus: [NetStatusEvent type="netStatus" bubbles=false
cancelable=false eventPhase=2 info=[object Object]]
code : NetStream.Play.InsufficientBW
clientid : 1
description : Data is playing behind the normal speed.
level : warning
details : medium
time: 5609.796

What is happening here? I know that for FMS, we had to set the NetStream's
buffetTime to 0 if we were viewing a "live" stream. I've tried it both ways
here with no change. Where should I be looking?

cheers,
ben
