Has anyone had success streaming VP6 flv's from a live source?

I'd like to isolate what is different.
Does anyone have suggestions about good ways to debug this?

The best I've done is use narrower and narrower streams - it doesn't look like
bandwidth is the actual issue.
How is this decided, and can another object or process throw an InsufficuentBW
error?

cheers,
ben
