I'm running an older revision (2094) and I'm pretty sure the metadata's
not being regenerated.
The first request for a new large FLV (~250-300mb, my FLVs are all
H263/MP3 created by ffmpeg) will hang indefinitely. After that initial
request, the streams start quickly and play without any problems. (One
file is 283,680,329 bytes with a 478,870 byte .meta file, another is
264,259,724 bytes with a 486,260 byte .meta)
