Just that I drop the FLV in the "streams" folder of the oflaDemo webapp.
Then using the oflaDemo SWF in a web browser, I connect to the server, and
click on that new file in the library. Then I wait. Usually, when it is
done creating the .meta file it will disconnect from the server. So I
connect again, click on the file again, and if the .meta file was created,
then it starts to playback instantly. Then I can just move the FLV and
the .meta file over to my other webapp folder and use it from there - once
the .meta file has been generated, Red5 doesn't do it again - unless the
source FLV file has changed.
