Thanks for the tip, I think I might try that out until it gets worked out. I don't know about fms, but I've tested the same things in wowza, and it works as expected and doesn't have these same bugs.

The solution that I use is check that if seek after got NetStream.Play.Stop which mean server already stop send streaming to the player then before seek it require to re-connect to the server again then after connected seek to the required position.
