The simple broadcaster app from red5 comes with these video settings:
cam.setMode(480, 320, 15);
cam.setQuality(0,80);
Which means: capture 480x320 @ 15 fps video and use as much bandwidth as
needed to provide 80% picture quality. All the above settings can be changed
in the flash source file.

to test live different video/audio settings available in Flash Player.
