Subject: HTML Characters published into content body

Has anyone had a problem where randomly HTML tags get published to
content pages in the body of the content?

For example:

<h1>Title of the page</h1>
<p>this is our content body</p> and so on...

We have not been able to determine what is causing this issue exactly.
We think that it may have to do with a hiccup in the ASP code when the
page is publishing. Has anyone one else seen this before?

Thank you!

We are currently running RedDot CMS Version 7.5 Build 7.5.1.61.
