Well, you can try this option, Create a template with container
placeholder and assign its properties as "dynamic", now create and
connect this to another template which has an <%anc%><%img %(for
bullet)><%std%> placeholder.

So each time you create and connect, you can always leave the anc link
not assinged to the std field by leaving it unlinked and so it shall
not appear as a link and for the others you can link the anchor link
to a page and it shall appear a link.

This is just a work around!! You can give it a try!
