Assuming you are referring to the page name not the published filename,
simply create a headline field and give it a reddot in your page.

If you are referring to published filename, I do not believe you can find a
ready-made button in SmartEdit; but creating one in your template so it
becomes available in SmartEdit is pretty simple. The RQL action is "save"
and I think you can find the snippet in the RQL docu.
