Its pretty simple and goes something like this:

xmlData = "<IODATA sessionkey=""" & sSessionKey & """><PAGE guid=""" & _
sPageGUID & """ action=""save"" name=""" & sPageName & """
option=""extendedinfo"" /></IODATA>"

Where you need to pass in the logged in user's session key and the page's
guid (of which the filename you want to change.)
