The solution can only be client-side. In other words, RedDot's list remains a 
laundry list but you can use the display attribute to show the items that meets 
your criteria.

Lists typically work by limiting the number of items on them rather than
limiting on say the creation date or a standard field. So without using
keywords, I'll be interested to see if anyone else has a soltuon to this.
