Heres background to theRequirement:

Smart Edit User create pages for Authors. While creating Author Bio-data
Pages, the author image may not be available. Smart Edit user does not know
the author image filename. Nightly job runs and it updates the author image
name in the page. The page is then published with image tag having the image
filename.

At later time, when the author image is available, it is dropped in images
folder. And then the Author page should show the actual image instead of
default author image.
