I've spent the afternoon looking through our projects and I think it's a two part process. Yes, Helicon/Bluecoat can rewrite the URL, but I think you need something in Liveserver to interpret that translation as well... There was a presentation on this at the UK Reddot day a few weeks back. Unfortunately I was in one of the other sessions.
