Hey, go to the Server Manager, "Administer RedDot CMS server, select your CMS server (in a cluster, the main server), "Edit Settings" / "License - Check". You will see the number for the SmartTree-User. If all of theses licences were used, next one will log in as Visitor. Not as SmartEdit User (as long as this user only has the SmartEdit User licence).
