In version 7.5 you can log in multiple times with the same account. To
to main menu and if an icon shows up named "manage my sessions" or
something like that, you can actually log out your other sessions.
This happens all the time to us if we get booted from reddot because
of a network issue. When we re-log back in, it is with a different
session, but because we didnt log out properly, the other session is
still active.
