I upgraded our install last week and only had a little hiccup with needing to manually upgrade the projects and a project not unlocking. There are few changes here and there...recently modified/created pages on CMS homepage, Telerik RadEditor for SmartEdit, a cool side-by-side version comparison, and some corporate branding changes. Everything else is pretty much the same.
