We upgraded too... So far so good, and no hiccups during the upgrade process. The new text editor is a welcome addition compared to the one we have grown to despise over the last few months. Technically, there aren't as many changes as you would imagine in two version jumps. Someone at RedDot actually told me the 9.0 was due to OpenText taking over the branding. If they were still RedDot, it would be version 7.6.
