Documentation is included with the product. You should have gotten the training materials when you did the training course, they're generally a help. If you have access to the Community site there is a best practices whitepaper (http://www.reddotcommunity.com/rde/blog_2006_894.htm) that whilst a bit old now, still has some relevant, helpful stuff in it.
