During the install a local "Reddot User" is setup to run various system
tasks within CMS. We've had issues in the past in our dev environment where
we kept the exact same local user name ("Reddot User") but a different
password. So if there was a conflict with the dev environment interfering
with the Prod env...the Reddot User account would get "locked" because the
dev local user was trying to log in to the prod env with a different
password....so during our installs in the dev environment now we just change
it to various versions of "Reddot CMSDev User" etc to ensure the
environments are as different as possible.
