Good Morning: We switched to using the TinyMCE editor about one month ago but have been experiencing problems with forms. We had some pre-existing forms set up when the previous editor that was being used. When those forms are opened in TinyMCE it does not display the toolbar at the top of the window.
I tried starting a fresh page and copied the code for the form into the TinyMCE editor. When I click save I get a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark in the bottom left hand corner of the window and the message "Error on Page". The error detail is as follows - Line: 2 Char: 112408 Error: Unknown runtime error Code: 0 URL: https://x.x.edu/cms/TinyMCE/editor.asp I cannot save the changes. The form used for testing is at - http://www.longwood.edu/advancement/onlinegift.htm I then tested just entering the html <form></form> and on trying to save the changes I get the same error as above. Has anyone been able to successfully edit a form using TinyMCE for RedDot? Is anyone else encountering problems? Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated!
