You have to create a separate project variant for that purpose I guess. Within that variant you can create a completely independent HTML template with different placeholders and contents.
RedDot creates for every new project variant always a Draft version. But you can't assign own templates to draft variants. So you can create a new project variant for the whole project or you can hide the information within the template and only read it out on the dev server via using a Javascript (dodgy solution).
