Which version of RedDot are you using? We have the same issue running 7.5, but haven't upgraded to the latest version - waiting for the June release. It is my understanding that the default editor will be substantially better than those in the 7.x releases.
Also, regarding the HTMLConvertTable.txt, Do you just edit the existing file in the ASP directory, appending entries as below? <code> <BR> <br /> <P> <p> </p> </p> <IMG <img <H1> <h1> </H1> </h1> </code> Does the server need to be restarted?
