Let me ask this in a different way -

A list is rendered from a navigation area:
link 1
link 2
link 3

and then below that I am adding a dynamic anchor for users to
reference other pages and link external urls.
link 4
link 5

So the parent page looks great:
link 1
link 2
link 3
link 4
link 5

But the subpages render only the nav area:
link 1
link 2
link 3

How do I reference the dynamic anchor in all child pages of that
section?

Does that make sense?
