We have had some significant issues with our RedDot project with
little to no resolution. Running out of options and ideas, I was
looking to benchmark to see if:
a) there are other RedDot customers out there using Oracle
b) if other Oracle users have significant issues with their RedDot
projects or are we the only "lucky" ones
