We have issues with some users (only a few not all) experiencing very
slow access to SmartEdit often resulting in timeouts of the page. We
are using Oracle and it is one of four things that could be the issue
(DB, network, RedDot, users profiles) or a combination of issues, we
are working with OpenText and our IT dept. (where the DBA's are) for a
resolution.
