If you mean the "page title" then you can't specify superscript because you are not operating in a formatted text environment, only flat text - you can't have bold or colours either.
<head> <title>Page Title ®</title> </head> If you mean the mainn heading in you content you can do this: <h1>Page Title <sup>®</sup></h1> Any amount of that could be in the standard field placeholder, but I would suggest just the "Page Title <sup>®</sup>" bit is - make sure your placeholder has "Do Not Convert To HTML" set.
