If you mean the "page title" then you can't specify superscript
because you are not operating in a formatted text environment, only
flat text - you can't have bold or colours either.

<head>
  <title>Page Title &reg;</title>
</head>

If you mean the mainn heading in you content you can do this:

<h1>Page Title &reg;</h1>

Any amount of that could be in the standard field placeholder, but I
would suggest just the "Page Title &reg;" bit is - make
sure your placeholder has "Do Not Convert To HTML" set.

HTH.

Richard Hauer
