In the Server Manager, the general settings or server settings, can't remember off the top of my head what it's called. In there, you'll see a setting to set a different path for the log files. The change is instance however it doesn't move your existing log files so you'll either want to copy them over before hand or blow them away, depending on you're needs. Cheers,
