Hello, I am a new user in RD 9.0. I was working before on RD 7.5. I work on the workflow for our client in RedDot ( management server) CMS 9.0.0.31 Well, I discovered that reaction "E-mail notification" in workflow isn't working, it does not send an e-mail. I have done very similar project using RD 7.5 and there it was working properly. I did upgrade for RD to SP1 HF1 9.0.1.29 ( in documentation for this SP1 I found info that Open Text already fixed problem with E-mail notification in workflow) but still, it isn't working. I set all needed parameters in server manager to send e-mails via an e-mail account that I prepared for RD. Some of the e-mail send via RD are coming normally, only those from e-mail notification from workflow aren't. E-mail won't work also if I propagate the workflow to the child nodes ( during propagation, RD asks if I want to send an e-mail to administrator). Did anyone have similar problem? I would be very grateful for every suggestion.
