Hi All, We are recently facing come issues with search engine.
The status and the list of documents under *Jobs in Repository tab *in Edit Index Queue* doesn't *change at all. For the past 4-5 days, There is no change in the status of the documents and the queue is not being flushed. The status is saved. The jobs in working memory is empty but the status of documents in jobs in repository is always saved. The list of docs in that tab have been the same for the past week. I deleted the queue and when i upload new documents , these new documents are again going into the jobs in repository and the status changes to saved and they stay in that queue for hours before i manually delete them. The search engine seems to work fine as any search fetches the required results. Newly uploaded documents are not available in searches due to being stuck in the index queue. Did any one face a similar problem . Can you please reply with any possible solution?
