Hi Group, I am trying to install Reddot LiveServer version for our dev environment. After completion of setup I verified at the DB that the setup tool has created system and user databases correctly. But when I am trying to hit the LS interface it takes me to a page giving error:
Service currently not available License: RedDot LiveServer Build 9.0.0.10 [2008-12-10 20:23:12] Apache Tomcat service is also running on server. OpenText support response is quite slow so I am approaching this group. If anyone has faced a similar problem or has any thoughts to share, it will be a great help.
